A club, a passion, a show
The CAVAL'ANGE Stables, whose name literally means "Angélique's cavalry", embody an original concept where academic equestrian art meets positive teaching, always placing the horse's welfare at the heart of the approach. Having spent her whole life alongside horses and earned two equestrian BPJEPS diplomas, Angélique Jollivet founded her club in Mirepoix in 2020.
The club holds an accreditation awarded by the French Equestrian Federation, recognized for the quality of its teaching — for horses and ponies alike — and for its respect of animal welfare, since 2025 and renewed for 2026. The Stables are now home to twenty-two equines spread over about ten hectares: seven horses and seven ponies owned by Angélique, plus seven horses in livery.
Since the start of the 2025 season, the number of members has been deliberately reduced from sixty to around twenty, in order to focus mainly on haute école dressage and on preparing the equestrian shows with the troupe — which now account for more than three quarters of the schedule.
Our Disciplines
Show & haute école
Haute école dressage and preparation of the equestrian shows with the troupe: choreography, costumes, staging and stage presence.
Dressage & lessons
Group training on Saturdays for the riders of the club and the association, and private lessons (solo or in pairs) to progress in dressage with your own horse.
Ispazon breeding
Breeding of ispazon horses, born from crossing the Friesian and the Pure Spanish Breed. Our champion, Montana des Anges (born March 2022 to Fuego and Uracca), takes part in the shows.
Bespoke performances
Angélique also offers private performances on location for those who wish to treat themselves to a personalized equestrian show for their events. The 2026 calendar is gradually filling up.

The Cadre Noir and Christophe Hasta Luego
Angélique's approach is shaped by the major figures of equestrian performance: the Cadre Noir de Saumur, symbol of excellence of the French School of Equitation, and Christophe Hasta Luego, recognized as one of the greatest trainers of show horses.
For over two years, Angélique has been mentored by Christophe Hasta Luego during haute école dressage clinics held every two months. Our eldest son Simon, soon sixteen, excels in show jumping, is taking up vaulting with Max Hasta Luego and aspires to join the Cadre Noir de Saumur.
An equestrian agritourism project
Together with Christophe Sacchetto, who has just completed more than twenty years as a senior officer in the French Army, the family plans to invest in an agritourism project centered on equestrian performance.
The ambition: to offer equestrian shows all year round in an arena in Mirepoix, as an equestrian cabaret in partnership with a restaurateur, within a performance company employing freelance artists.
Agroecology & animal welfare
As a farmer, Angélique implements agroecological practices on the estate: respect for meadows and grazing, preservation of biodiversity, greening of spaces, recycling of natural materials and use of low-carbon materials for the infrastructure.
The horses enjoy the rest and freedom essential to their well-being: they live as a herd in the fields, with a free-stall shelter, water and hay at will. Rigorous veterinary and farrier care is provided for each of them.
