Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: June 2026

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of tickets for the equestrian show « La Légende des Amazones » organised by Caval'Ange Events. Any ticket booking on the cavalange.fr website implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller

Tickets are sold by Caval'Ange Events, a sole proprietorship operated by Angélique Sacchetto-Jollivet, with its registered office at 1 bis rue Isabelle Sandy, 09500 Mirepoix (France), registered under SIREN 884 077 975.

Contact: sacchetto@outlook.fr — 06 19 05 12 01. Full details are available in the website's legal notice.

2. Tickets and prices

Tickets grant access to one performance of the show on the date selected during booking. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and are those displayed at the time of the order.

Several price categories may be offered (adult, child, child under 5). Admission for children under 5 may be free depending on the conditions shown at the time of booking. Caval'Ange Events reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

3. Order and payment

Booking is carried out online on the website. The customer selects the date and the number of seats, provides their contact details (name, email, phone) and then proceeds to payment.

Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe platform (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). No banking data is stored on our servers. The booking is only confirmed and seats are only guaranteed once payment has actually been received, within the limit of available seats.

4. Confirmation and ticket

After payment, a confirmation email together with the ticket in PDF format is sent to the address provided. The ticket includes a booking number and a QR code.

The ticket must be presented at the entrance, printed or on a smartphone. Each ticket is valid for a single entry and for the date indicated.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure service activities provided on a specific date or period. By booking a ticket for a performance on a fixed date, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that they waive their right of withdrawal.

6. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation by the organiser: if the show is cancelled by Caval'Ange Events (in particular in the event of dangerous weather such as a storm, force majeure, or for technical or safety reasons), tickets are refunded in full. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within a reasonable time following the cancellation.

Open-air show and weather conditions: the show takes place outdoors and is held in all weather, except in case of proven danger. The decision to cancel for weather reasons (storm, weather alert, safety of the public and the horses) is made by the organiser, on the day of the performance, depending on conditions. A show that is held, even if partially disrupted or shortened for safety reasons once it has started, does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Cancellation by the customer: apart from cancellation of the show by the organiser, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be taken back or exchanged, for any reason whatsoever. No refund will be made in the event of the customer being prevented from attending, being late or absent.

Postponement: if the show is postponed to a later date, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the customer cannot attend the new date, the ticket is refunded in full upon request.

Any refund is limited to the price of the tickets, excluding any other costs (transport, accommodation, catering or any other incidental expense).

7. Access and conduct

The doors opening time and show start time are indicated on the ticket. Customers are advised to arrive in advance. In the event of lateness, access to the performance is not guaranteed and gives no right to a refund.

Children remain entirely under the responsibility of the accompanying adults. For everyone's safety and that of the horses, the instructions given by the organiser on site must be followed.

8. Liability

The show features live animals; compliance with safety instructions is mandatory. Caval'Ange Events cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these instructions or from an event of force majeure.

9. Personal data

The data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, detailed in the website's legal notice. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to submit an amicable claim to Caval'Ange Events at sacchetto@outlook.fr.

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer ombudsman free of charge for the amicable resolution of the dispute. Failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
