Our Story

Caval'Ange Events

Caval'Ange Events is a non-profit organization founded in 2025 by Christophe Sacchetto, who serves as its president. Right hand of his wife Angélique Jollivet — a horse trainer taught by Christophe Hasta Luego and passionate about live performance — he carries an ambitious project from the heart of Mirepoix, Ariège: to showcase equestrian art through spectacular creations accessible to all.

We have chosen to serve traditional meals through short supply chains. We support the farming world that sustains us and respect all those who strive to enhance the heritage of our region.

Our association brings together more than twenty volunteers who work with dedication at our equestrian show site. After each evening, artists, volunteers, leaders and partners share a friendship meal to strengthen their bonds. Our mission: to create moments of shared emotion through equestrian performance.

Our Philosophy

Horse welfare at the heart of equestrian art

At Caval'Ange, we believe that the beauty of equestrian performance is born from a harmonious relationship between humans and animals. Each horse is respected, listened to, and cared for with attention. Our training methods emphasize gentleness, positive reinforcement, and respect for each equine's natural needs.

We are proud to collaborate with internationally renowned professionals, such as Christophe and Max Hasta Luego, who share our values of excellence and compassion.

2026 Season

A reinvented show site

For summer 2026, we are upgrading our facilities: professional sound and lighting with a control booth, a wood-and-stone bar, a wooden pergola around the arena, wooden furniture and greener surroundings — all in an antique design to immerse the audience in a unique evening.

We will keep serving authentic products from our local craftspeople and farmers, as well as our future Caval'Ange wine. We will be ready to welcome up to 400 guests per evening. And perhaps an exceptional sold-out show, with the visit of Christophe Hasta Luego and his horses alongside our Amazons.

Caval'Ange is where equestrian tradition meets contemporary creation, where training rigor meets the magic of live performance.
